Implementation Services: Our implementation services are second to none. We have a team of highly skilled in-house resource and together with our partners we can scale to the demands of larger deployments on a regional basis. Where 3rd parties are used, we will maintain overall project and programme control within Scientis Solutions, such that we can ensure there will be no degradation in the quality of the implemented solution.

Training: Training and knowledge transfer are key areas of any programme. On-site support: Where required, we can offer on-site diagnostics and fault resolution services. This extends into fully featured 1st line support packages via our extensive 3rd party partner network. We also provide in-house resource for on-site support where our partners require subject matter experts for those more challenging fault/problem scenarios.

System Expansion support: All of our systems and solutions are scalable to meet current and future customer requirements. As such, we offer a tailored System Expansion Support service, which will enable you to get the most out of your valuable investment.

Software development & consultancy


We provide custom tailor-made Network Management solutions that meet the specific requirements of our clients. Our Clients are generally Network Operators and Infrastructure Manufacturers requiring specific solutions, ranging from OSS/NMS integration, multi-vendor and technology-independent Network Management Systems as well as specific Management Modules enabling key information on the performance of their networks to be obtained and manipulated.

In addition, we provide requirements analysis, project management and network element as well as data communication network Engineering consultancy services.
